Because we serve a highly sensitive demographic of expecting parents, infants, and toddlers, maintaining a clean, secure, and pest-free environment is our absolute priority.
We use a professional donation triage process. All incoming gifts will be received at a dedicated, isolated intake zone where our trained team conducts bright-light inspections and eco-friendly and baby-safe sanitization workflows.
To allow our team enough time to properly review and care for every single gift, please schedule your required drop-off time slot before coming by.
